Pricing
All published prices, rates & packages do not include GST/HST & are subject to change without further notice. Ensure ALL details are correct in the Booking Form at the time of booking. Square Footage Fees for Matterport Packages billed at $0.12/sf over 3500sf on TOTAL square footage captured (including basement). For multi-family dwellings that require a separate tour or floorplan, a fee of $80/unit will be applied to cover additional tour hosting costs & floorplans. Any additional fees, add-ons &/or costs associated/incurred to complete the project will be invoiced at project completion & subject to the Alpha State 3D Photography Licensing Agreement.
